Why We Turn Down Work (And Refer It Out Instead)

Electrical, HVAC, structural work. We get asked about all three regularly, and we say no to doing them ourselves every time.

It's not about capability on every job. It's about what happens when something goes wrong in a home that isn't ours, on work that isn't licensed. That risk isn't worth it to us, and it shouldn't be worth it to the homeowner either.

So when a job needs that kind of license, we say so up front and make an introduction instead of a guess. It's slower for us. It's the right call for the house.
